Amy was born and raised in Blair County and resides in Duncansville with her husband and two daughters. She earned an associate degree in Business Administration Marketing and Management prior to testing for her Real Estate license. Her real estate license was obtained in 2007. Amy fell in love with real estate and got my broker's license in late 2021, and appointed to the AHAR Board of Directors in 2023. She is a very driven person and saw an opportunity to open a boutique brokerage that focuses on clients not sales. Clients are the main priority and priority at L&H Realty Group. Opening the brokerage has afforded more opportunities to help the community as well. Annually, Amy leads the Thanksgiving Drive, to help families in need. The Community cupboard outside L&H Realty Group is stocked with personal care, books and small items for the community as well. We look forward to helping with all your Real Estate needs.
Born and raised in Blair County and a graduate of Hollidaysburg Area High School, and currently resides in Duncansville with my son. I was born and raised in Altoona and now live in Duncanville. I have been married for 11 years and have two amazing daughters. My goal as an agent with L&H Realty Group is to provide my clients with the best knowledge and service to make the process of buying or selling a home as simple and stress-free as possible. Kareena Conrad, born and raised in Altoona, Pa is the newest member of our team. She has three amazing andtalented children. Some of her hobbies include: watching her kids play sports and gymnastics and having fun doingwhat they love to do! She takes pride in the fact that she is an extremely hard worker and dedicated to helping others. A passion she has is to one day start a nonprofit agency dedicated to helping troubled children of all ages. Her career started in Real Estate because she wanted to take part in helping people choose a place they call home!
